Energy Raptor Privacy Policy
Energy Raptor is a Clip Raptor desktop application designed for Windows and related platform distribution channels such as Google Play listings and Windows packaging pages. The app estimates PC and process-level energy usage from local Windows telemetry, presents historical trends stored on your device, and is designed to work without sending personal data or usage telemetry to external servers.
Who provides the application
Energy Raptor is provided by Clip Raptor. Throughout this policy, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Clip Raptor as the publisher and maintainer of the application and its related public pages.
What the application does
Energy Raptor estimates the energy consumption of your PC, system activity, and individual processes by reading local Windows telemetry and system information available on the device. The app is designed to help users understand relative power usage patterns, compare processes, and review local history for their own monitoring purposes.
What data is processed locally
The application may process device-local information such as process names, CPU and GPU activity indicators, memory pressure, system load, estimated energy usage values, timestamps, app preferences, and locally stored history entries. This processing happens on the device so the app can calculate and display estimated values and dashboards.
No external telemetry or personal data transfer
Energy Raptor does not send your personal data, process telemetry, device telemetry, or energy estimates to Clip Raptor servers or third-party analytics providers. The application is intended to operate locally and does not rely on remote telemetry pipelines for its core functionality.
Local storage and history
The application may save preferences, interface settings, and historical estimation data locally on your device so you can keep your configuration and review previous sessions. This local storage is used only to improve the on-device experience and is not meant to create a remote user profile.
Accuracy and limitations
Energy Raptor displays estimated values derived from local telemetry and software heuristics. These values are not certified measurements, utility-grade readings, or laboratory results. They should be treated as informational estimates only and not as guaranteed or compliance-grade measurements.
