Battery charge time
Enter battery capacity, panel wattage, station input cap, and sun hours. See how many hours/days a full recharge takes.

Methodology and assumptions
Real charging power is capped at min(panel wattage, station input). We apply 25% standard losses (cabling, MPPT controller, temperature, angle). Recharge time = missing Wh / real power.
"Direct sun" figures assume peak sunlight the whole time. In practice, peak sun hours per day are 2.8-4.5 across Europe; dividing by sun hours approximates real-world days better.
