Energy Raptor Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the public Energy Raptor pages and the use of the Energy Raptor application published by Clip Raptor. By installing, opening, or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Acceptance of use
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Energy Raptor, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should stop using the application and related public pages.
Estimative nature of the application
Energy Raptor provides software-based estimates of PC and process energy usage derived from local Windows telemetry. The application does not provide certified metering, official billing values, or guaranteed engineering-grade measurements.
Permitted use
You may use Energy Raptor for personal, educational, evaluation, and internal operational purposes that comply with applicable law. You must not use the app to interfere with systems, reverse engineer restricted components in violation of applicable law, abuse packaging or distribution channels, or misrepresent the app’s estimative outputs as certified measurements.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clip Raptor is not liable for decisions, losses, downtime, hardware actions, energy planning outcomes, business impact, or indirect damages resulting from reliance on estimated values, unavailable telemetry sources, platform changes, or user configuration choices.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of Energy Raptor, its public documentation, or platform availability at any time. Features, interfaces, supported telemetry sources, and platform packaging may change without prior notice.
Support and communication
Support is offered on a reasonable-effort basis through the public support page and email contact. For support requests, users should provide enough technical context to help reproduce the issue and understand the environment.
