Email support requests to office@clipraptor.com. Please use a clear subject line such as “Energy Raptor support request” so we can identify and route the message quickly.
To help us investigate efficiently, include your Windows version, Energy Raptor app version if visible, a short description of the issue, the action you were taking when it happened, whether the problem is repeatable, and any screenshots or relevant error messages.
If the issue affects estimates or charts, mention whether it happens for the full system view, specific processes, saved local history, or preference persistence. If a feature appears unavailable, note whether local telemetry permissions or Windows environment changes might be involved.
